2. Service Engagement
We offer professional videography services, as detailed in our project briefs and quotations. Our services are subject to the terms outlined herein.
3. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We commit to handling your personal and project data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment for services is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
Services rendered are as per the agreed quotation, with additional work billed separately.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Charges apply for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot (50% fee) and less than 24 hours (100% fee).
Retainer fees are non-refundable.
6. Location and Permissions
Clients are responsible for securing necessary filming permissions and ensuring a safe working environment at the shoot location.
7. Drone Usage
Drone operations are subject to weather conditions and aviation regulations.
We cannot operate drones in restricted areas without prior authorisation.
8. Delivery of Photographic Materials
Images and videos will be delivered via the agreed method.
Clients have five business days from delivery to request revisions or accept the final product.
9. Intellectual Property
All original photographic materials remain the property of EFBH Films until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, limited reproduction rights are granted to the client for agreed-upon uses.
10. Liability Limitation
EFBH Films' liability is limited to the total contract value.
We maintain comprehensive Public Liability Insurance.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters).
12. Final Product Integrity
Clients agree not to alter the final product without EFBH Films' written consent to maintain professional standards and reputation.
13. General Conditions
These terms are governed by English law.
Electronic signatures are valid and enforceable.
